Celebrating 20 Years of Homes4Let Property Services Ltd in 2026

This year marks a significant milestone as Homes4Let Property Services heads proudly towards 20 years in business. Reflecting on this journey, I am filled with gratitude and pride as I look back on how far we have come since opening our doors in 2006.

My journey in the property industry began 27 years ago when I started working as a Lettings Negotiator for a well-known corporate company in the South East Property Market. I quickly fell in love with the concept of helping people find a place to call home, and my passion for the industry drove me to rise through the ranks to eventually manage my own branch. This experience laid the foundation for my career and provided invaluable insight into the property world.

I was later headhunted to work for another corporate firm, where I took on the role of Area Manager, responsible for two offices—one of which was a brand-new start-up in an emerging area. While working for corporate companies provided many benefits and invaluable experience, I found myself restricted by the rigid structures and policies. The emphasis was placed heavily on performance targets and commission, with little room to tailor services to meet the unique needs of each client. This approach conflicted with my belief that every client deserves a personalized, thoughtful experience when navigating the property market.

In 2006, I made the bold decision to establish Homes4Let Property Services Ltd on the Sunshine Coast of Eastbourne. My vision was simple: to create a company that offers a highly personalised and cost-effective service. I was not focused on being the biggest agent on the High Street; instead, I aimed to build a business founded on trust, longevity, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Moving home is a significant life event, and I believe it should be handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. As a proud member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents), Property Mark, The Property Ombudsman, and the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of service. These regulatory bodies ensure that members adhere to a strict code of conduct, providing peace of mind for clients who entrust us with their property needs.

My dedication to professional growth remains steadfast. I am always working on my personal development , continually expanding my knowledge to better serve our landlords and tenants. This commitment to learning ensures that we stay ahead of industry changes and deliver the best possible service in an ever-evolving property market.

I am proud to say that, after 19 years, Homes4Let Property Services Ltd has exceeded my expectations and continues to thrive. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with incredible landlords, tenants, companies, and contractors—many of whom have supported me from the very beginning. I am deeply grateful for their trust and ongoing support, which has played a pivotal role in our success.

As we navigate an ever-changing market, including new legislation and the challenges presented by the pandemic, my philosophy remains unchanged: to provide a personalized, cost-effective service and to be a company that clients can trust. Our commitment to customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.

As we approach our celebrations of our 20 years in business, I extend my sincere thanks to everyone who has been a part of this journey.
